FLINT PARK MASTER PLAN

Flint Park Restoration, Larchmont, NY

The Flint Park Conservancy’s Flint Park restoration and master plan is for this 50-acre park located in Larchmont, NY. It includes multiple soccer and baseball fields; tennis, platform tennis and basketball courts; new playground, community garden, and waterside nature trails. Two existing structures, the tennis building and the playhouse to be renovated, and transformed into multi-purpose community event venues. The pathway system is designed to provide formal and informal circulation routes connecting all the various activities of this vibrant community park.
