Flint Park Tennis Building

The Tennis Building – Flint Park, Larchmont, NY

As architect for the renovation of this 1930’s structure, the design intent includes opening small dark interior rooms into large open spaces filled with natural light, with views of the surrounding park amenities. A new café serving indoor and outdoor wrap-around seating will complete the transformation of this building into a vibrant community destination for generations to come.
