Project Description
Called a “4 Square”, the original house had 4 rooms on the 1st floor included an entry hall, living room, dining room, and kitchen with 4 bedrooms above. The renovation created an open living / dining room in front and a kitchen / family room in the rear separated by a pantry / storage / powder room zone between the front and rear of the house. A modest two story pushout provided much needed space on the 1st floor and a new master suite on the 2nd floor.
